For we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood. As we submit to God, we come to recognize the enemy is a defeated foe but also in the supernatural world. By surrendering, submitting and obeying God, are we able to resist the devil. As James puts it in James 4:7, the adversary will flee from you.

Which is why the Armor of God is so important. Each day we are in a battle. If not us, then someone else. May we encourage one another to put on the Armor of God. To know the weapons of our battle are not carnal. To be equipped for what lies ahead.
